Terms of Service

A short summary of how Faikai Creative Group engagements work — what you pay, what you own, and how changes, cancellations, and revisions are handled.
1. Payment Schedule
- 50% of the project total is due at signing to reserve your build slot and begin production
- The remaining 50% is due at launch, before your site goes live
- Monthly plans are billed monthly and include a 6-month minimum term
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
2. Ownership
- Once the final payment clears, you own your website, its content, and your domain
- We keep the right to feature the finished work in our portfolio and case studies unless you ask us not to
- Third-party tools, fonts, and licensed assets stay under their own providers’ terms
3. Cancellation
- You may cancel before production begins for a full refund of any deposit paid
- If you cancel after production starts, the 50% at signing is non-refundable as it covers work completed to date
- Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days written notice once the 6-month minimum term is met
- We may pause or cancel a project if required information or content is not provided for 30 days
4. Revisions
- Every package includes 3 rounds of revisions
- A round means one consolidated set of feedback on the full site
- Additional revisions are billed at $75/hour through Stripe before the work begins
- Requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before any work starts
